Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Listings Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position with our Brand Vaughan Student Lettings team based in Brighton Marina. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 40 hours , Monday - Friday 8.45am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-3pm). This role has a highly competitive package and significant OTE.
Please note this role requires a clean UK manual driving licence.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Leading the business generation activities and growth of the department
- Sourcing and engaging target clients and fostering relationships leading to new instructions
- Working with our marketing team to develop strategies to increase awareness of our services and attract new clients
- Conducting market appraisals for landlords of HMO properties and student accommodation across the city
- Ensuring clients are engaged with the appropriate service level and benefiting from our wide range of services and products
- Supporting the Lettings Manager in the day to day operations of the department, particularly focusing on:
- Year round marketing of properties and stock management
- Diary management of the team to ensure viewing schedules are optimised
- Leading on delivery of KPIs and targets both individually and with the team, with a results-drive mindset
- Working with the team throughout the year on key priorities and developing strategies and systems to enable efficiency and high performance of the department
- Play an active role in reaching key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, consistently adhering to a results-driven mindset.

- Previous experience in the letting market essential, preferably with in-depth knowledge of HMO properties and student accommodation
- Proven ability to develop deep client relationships and win business
- A natural sales mentality and target driven attitude
- Demonstrate a proactive and optimistic attitude, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within a team.
- Display the ability to efficiently organise and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
- Exhibit problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and maintain excellent telephone etiquette.
- Possess computer proficiency and comfort with the software suite necessary for executing and overseeing daily tasks.
